About UnionSwap
What is UnionSwap?+
UnionSwap is a crypto swap interface focused on clear token discovery, multi-network context and a streamlined wallet-based exchange flow. It is operated by AUTOSWAP Rafał Klęczar in Poland.
Who operates the website?+
The website is operated under the UnionSwap brand by AUTOSWAP Rafał Klęczar, Aleja Ogrodowa 74, 32-615 Grojec, gmina Oświęcim, powiat oświęcimski, woj. małopolskie, Poland.
Is UnionSwap connected with or endorsed by Uniswap Labs?+
No affiliation or endorsement is claimed. UnionSwap is an independent brand. Public token metadata can be sourced from the Uniswap default token list repository, subject to the source terms and availability.
Does UnionSwap provide investment advice?+
No. Information on this website is general product and educational information and is not investment, tax, accounting or legal advice.
Tokens and networks
How do I find a token?+
Open the token selector and search by token name, ticker symbol or contract/mint address. Popular assets appear first, and additional tokens load progressively as you scroll.
Where do token names and icons come from?+
UnionSwap can use network-specific public token-list data, including the Uniswap default token list repository, and normalizes records for fast search by name, symbol, network and address.
Why can I see a token even if a route is unavailable?+
Token discovery and route availability are separate. A token record can exist in the catalogue even when a specific pair lacks sufficient liquidity or a suitable route at that moment.
Can different networks have tokens with the same symbol?+
Yes. Token symbols are not unique identifiers. Always consider the blockchain network and contract or mint address, especially when assets share the same or similar names.
Which networks are included in token discovery?+
The catalogue is configured for networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, BNB Chain, Avalanche, Solana, Unichain, World Chain, zkSync and Zora. Availability can vary by asset and route.
Fees and the first-swap offer
What is the First Swap Reward?+
An eligible new user can receive a 0% UnionSwap service fee and promotional UnionSwap reward tokens after the first qualifying swap, subject to the published Promotion Terms. The reward tokens can be exchanged for supported crypto assets where routing and sufficient liquidity are available.
Are UnionSwap reward tokens guaranteed to have a specific value?+
No. The reward has no guaranteed market value. Exchangeability and any resulting value depend on supported markets, routing, liquidity and current market conditions.
Does 0% mean the transaction will cost nothing?+
No. Blockchain network fees, validator or sequencer charges, liquidity-provider costs, bridge fees, price impact and other third-party costs may still apply.
Who is eligible for the first-swap promotion?+
Eligibility is described in the Promotion Terms. The offer is limited to the first qualifying swap for an eligible user or wallet and may include anti-abuse and jurisdictional restrictions.
Can the promotion change?+
Yes. The operator may modify, suspend or end the offer where permitted by law and as described in the Promotion Terms.
Wallets and swaps
Do I need to create an account?+
UnionSwap is designed around wallet-based interaction rather than traditional custody. Your wallet remains the primary way to authorize blockchain actions.
Will UnionSwap ask for my seed phrase?+
No legitimate wallet connection or swap flow requires you to share your seed phrase or private key. Never disclose those credentials to any website, support agent or message.
What should I review before confirming a swap?+
Check the selected network, input and output tokens, token addresses, amount, expected output, price impact, route, fees and every wallet prompt before signing.
What is a token approval?+
Some token swaps require an on-chain approval that permits a smart contract to spend a specified token amount. Review the spender, network and allowance carefully before confirming an approval.
Risk and responsibility
Are crypto swaps risk-free?+
No. Digital assets and blockchain protocols involve risks including volatility, smart-contract failure, liquidity shortages, slippage, counterfeit tokens, bridge risk, network congestion and irreversible transactions.
Are token icons proof that a token is genuine?+
No. Names, symbols and images can be copied. Verify the network and contract or mint address independently before using an asset.
What should I do if something looks suspicious?+
Do not sign or approve anything. Verify the unionswap.app domain, network, contract address and wallet request, and use the contact details published on this website rather than unsolicited messages.
Can a transaction be reversed?+
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. This is why transaction details, addresses and network selection should be checked carefully before signing.
