1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the UnionSwap website, interfaces, token catalogue, content and related functionality (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Operator
UnionSwap is a brand operated by AUTOSWAP Rafał Klęczar, Aleja Ogrodowa 74, 32-615 Grojec, gmina Oświęcim, powiat oświęcimski, woj. małopolskie, Poland (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”).
3. Nature of the service
UnionSwap provides a software interface for discovering digital assets, reviewing blockchain network context and interacting with available crypto swap or cross-network functionality. Where blockchain transactions are available, they may rely on third-party wallets, protocols, routers, liquidity sources, RPC providers, bridges or smart contracts. Availability can vary by token, network, route, liquidity, technical conditions and jurisdiction.
4. Non-custodial interaction
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature, UnionSwap is designed for non-custodial wallet interaction. You remain responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, addresses and transaction approvals. We do not ask you to disclose a seed phrase or private key.
5. Eligibility and lawful use
You may use the Website only if you are legally permitted to do so. You are responsible for complying with laws, sanctions, tax obligations and restrictions applicable to you. Access to particular assets, routes or functions may be limited by geography, network, compliance requirements or technical conditions.
6. No investment, legal or tax advice
Information on the Website is general product and educational information. It is not investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. You are responsible for your own decisions.
7. Token metadata and asset verification
Token names, symbols, logos, addresses and network information may originate from public or third-party data sources. Inclusion in the token catalogue is not an endorsement, security review or guarantee of liquidity or route availability. You must verify the network and contract or mint address before interacting with an asset.
8. Quotes, routing and transaction conditions
Crypto prices, liquidity, gas costs, routes and expected output can change rapidly. A quote or estimate may change or expire before a transaction is submitted or confirmed. Blockchain transactions can fail, be delayed or execute under different market conditions within the limits approved by the user.
9. Fees
Where applicable, the interface may show a UnionSwap service fee separately from blockchain gas, validator or sequencer charges, liquidity-provider fees, bridge costs, wallet fees, price impact and other third-party costs. You are responsible for reviewing the displayed transaction information before confirmation.
10. First-swap promotion
The first eligible swap may qualify for a 0% UnionSwap service fee and promotional UnionSwap reward tokens, subject to the separate Promotion Terms. Reward exchangeability depends on supported routes and liquidity. The promotion does not waive blockchain gas or third-party costs.
11. Wallet approvals and signatures
You are responsible for reviewing each wallet request before signing. Token approvals can authorize smart contracts to spend assets. Verify the network, spender, amount or allowance and transaction details. Reject any request that does not match the action you intended.
12. Prohibited use
You must not use the Website for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, market manipulation, malicious automation, security attacks, interference with the service, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to exploit the Website or its users.
13. Third-party services
Third-party wallets, networks, protocols, token lists, bridges and infrastructure are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable without notice. The Operator does not control third-party systems and is not responsible for their operation except to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Digital asset risks
Digital assets involve substantial risks including volatility, slippage, liquidity shortages, smart-contract vulnerabilities, counterfeit tokens, irreversible transactions, network congestion, bridge failures and regulatory changes. Review the Risk Disclosure before using blockchain functionality.
15. Intellectual property
The UnionSwap name, brand assets, original interface design, text and website code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws unless otherwise indicated. Third-party token names, logos, protocols and blockchain marks remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any feature, data source, token, network or page for maintenance, security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific route availability, token liquidity, price accuracy, third-party performance or any particular transaction outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for losses caused by market movements, user error, incorrect addresses, loss of wallet credentials, third-party protocol failures, blockchain congestion, malicious tokens, phishing, unauthorized wallet approvals or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, mandatory rights available under applicable Polish or European Union law are not waived by these Terms.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law or operational model changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
22. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact page or to [email protected].
