First Swap Reward: 0% service fee + UnionSwap tokens
Promotion Terms
An eligible first qualifying swap may receive (1) a 0% UnionSwap service fee and (2) promotional UnionSwap reward tokens. Blockchain gas and third-party costs may still apply.
1. Promotion
Subject to these Promotion Terms, an eligible new user may receive the UnionSwap First Swap Reward after the user's first qualifying swap during the applicable promotion period.
2. Service-fee benefit
The fee benefit applies only to a service fee charged by UnionSwap for the qualifying swap. It does not cover or reimburse blockchain gas fees, validator or sequencer charges, third-party protocol fees, liquidity-provider fees, bridge fees, wallet fees, slippage, price impact, taxes or any other external cost.
3. UnionSwap token reward
Eligible users may receive promotional UnionSwap reward tokens after a qualifying first swap. The reward amount, token network and delivery conditions may be shown in the UnionSwap interface or otherwise specified for the promotion. The reward is promotional and does not represent a promise of profit, yield or future price appreciation.
4. Exchangeability and liquidity
UnionSwap reward tokens may be exchanged for supported crypto assets only where a compatible route and sufficient liquidity are available. Exchangeability is not guaranteed at every time, on every network or for every asset. The reward has no guaranteed market value and market conditions can change rapidly.
5. Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to one First Swap Reward per eligible user or wallet unless expressly stated otherwise. Users must satisfy applicable age, jurisdiction, sanctions, compliance, technical and product-access requirements.
6. Anti-abuse
The Operator may decline, delay or withdraw the reward where there are reasonable indications of duplicate-wallet abuse, automated exploitation, fraud, manipulation, self-dealing or attempts to obtain multiple first-swap benefits contrary to the purpose of the offer.
7. Qualifying swap
A qualifying swap must be successfully completed through eligible UnionSwap functionality, meet any stated transaction conditions, and not be cancelled, rejected, reversed or invalidated. A failed or abandoned transaction does not qualify.
8. Availability and changes
The promotion may be restricted by network, token, region, route, liquidity or integration availability. The Operator may modify, suspend or end the promotion where permitted by law, including for technical, legal, security, liquidity or abuse-prevention reasons.
9. No guaranteed value or cash alternative
No fixed fiat or crypto value is guaranteed for a reward token. Except through supported exchange functionality where available, the promotional benefit has no separate cash alternative and cannot be redeemed directly from the Operator for cash.
10. Relationship with other terms
Use of UnionSwap remains subject to the Terms of Service, Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
